Guy has built the company to what it is today and still oversees all construction activities. Patricia along his side handles all office management items. In 1989, feeling the need to have a full time design service, Amias Turman joined the Modern Homes staff. Amias played a major role in converting all Modern Home’s plans to a computer design system, which he currently operates. In 1991, Guy and Patti’s daughter Beth Van Dyke joined the staff of Modern Homes to work along with her parents. Beth is now currently the Sales Manager/Design Coordinator. Shortly after Beth’s husband Jon joined Modern Homes and is currently Project Manager in charge of overseeing the construction of all the homes. Guy and Patti’s son & daughter came aboard in 1999. Brian Lolmaugh handles Estimating, Permits, and Land Development. Christina Langford is the Bookkeeper. Modern Homes also has a Warranty Service Department to ensure rapid and complete care for all of our valued customers.
