EPA new requirement for Lead

Modern Homes, Inc project supervisor, Jon Van Dyke is now Certified Lead Safe Renovator. Under the new EPA rule, beginning in April 2010, all contractors performs renovation, repair or painting that disturbs lead based paint in buildings built before 1978 must be certified and follow particular steps in the process or remodeling when lead is present.
Jon is now trained in the process of testing and working in areas with lead. We also have lead abatement contractors, when needed.
