Guy has built the company to what it is today and still oversees all construction activities. Patricia along his side handles all office management items. In 1989, Guy felt the need to have in house design service, and has had this service to offer its customers since.
In 1991, Beth Van Dyke joined the staff of Modern Homes and is now currently the Sales Manager/Design Coordinator. Shortly after Beth’s husband Jon joined Modern Homes and is currently Project Manager in charge of overseeing the construction of all the homes and remodeling projects.
Guy and Patti’s son came aboard in 1999, along with Christina. Brian Lolmaugh handles Estimating, Permits, and Land Development. Christina Langford is the Bookkeeper. Modern Homes also has a Warranty Service Department to ensure rapid and complete care for all of our valued customers.Share:
