Modern Homes, Inc. has been in the Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin since 1948.  We are your construction experts. We have handled all aspects of construction and have the staff and knowledge to handle all projects. Whether is is a bathroom remodel or a custom home, we can help. We have worked with most municipality, including local health departments and some state agency’s. We have aided in customers whom need wetlands delineations to concrete caissons due to bad ground.

Modern Homes, Inc. is licensed and insured. We hold a Wisconsin builders licenses, registered in multiple city and villages in Illinois. We also hold a “Certified Green Professional” designation. All of our contractors are licensed and insured. Our project superintendent completed the EPA required “Lead Safe Renovator” training, which is a new requirement in remodeling.
